C/C++ beautifiers

424 256MB
Does anybody use a program which can make code look pretty or make it conform to some formatting conventions by wrapping lines, formatting comments, inserting white space, etc? The reformatted code should, of course, yield the same assembly code when compiled.
I tried Linux's 'indent' but for some reason it broke my code. I'm interested in both windows and linux programs.

Gnu's indent comes to mind but Google knows of many more beautifiers.
How did your version of indent brake your code?

kind regards,

Jos

Beats me. The numerical output produced by my code is different before and after formatting by indent. In any case, the code looked less readable after indent went through it. (I was using GNU indent 2.2.9).
