Ideas for a programming

I have been working on a graphics/drawing program. I don't have as
much time as would like and I am slowly getting it to work and getting
the bugs out. I understand that most of the posts are about specific
questions, I do have specific flaws and bugs in my program which I am
trying to work out of my algorithms. I am far past the point where my
programs can fit in a single file and often times errors span
functions or even files. I realize that debugging is one of the most
difficult parts of programming and I have have flaws in my code.

What I would like to know is how do I go about putting code out there
so that others can see all my work. Ideally I would like to have a
place where there can be libraries of software that can be uploaded
used improved and uploaded so that a community can share and reuse
code. I have many useful objects that I would like to share. They
are small and simple but they can be used my others so they don't have
to write the stuff.

Ok. And your C++ language question is what?

Got a specific language question about your hobby code? Trot it on
here. Can't figure out where and how to post your bugs on the net?
Well, gee. That's a tough one.
