Launch Failed No Binaries! Eclipse

176 100+
Hello. I am encountering trouble while using the Eclipse software for C++ development. I am rather new to C++ programming and spent a while looking for a program as you may see in one of my post titled downloads. So anyways I just started programming in C++ and was trying to write a simple "Hello, world!" program. But when I try to launch it or debug it it gives me an alert box saying "Launch Failed No Binaries." I did not try to compile the program because I didn't see the compile button so I assumed that I didn't have to compile the program.
I am on a MacBook if that matters. Thanks for your time.

You have to compile your code in order to execute it. The compiler is translating your code into machine instructions. It is the machine instructions that execute and not what you wrote.

There will be hammer button in the top window with which you can compile...
Also take care whether the compiler is in path.

When I click the hammer a box appears saying

**** Build of configuration Release for project Hello, world! ****

Nothing to build for project Hello, world!
