FIFO using just array

hi
how to write a code in C which implements FIFO policy with using only arrays?
(by using HIT AND MISS)...

Your question is so horribly vague we have no idea what your assignment is. If you have no clue what FIFO, arrays, etc. are, you need to do some fundamental reading. Nothing we say can make up for total lack of knowledge.
