Admin process from an user account

Hi all,

I am trying to get an admin process started under a user account.
I want to start a process that can install programs under this user account.

Our company now has a full admin access for everyone to there computer. We want to downgrade this to an user account. The problem comes with installing own programs (Users may install what they want.). For distributed programs we have SMS.

So i want something like a install account that I will use to install the own programs. It will start from a user account and runs the install with the admin install account.

I know it is a big security hole but it just is company policy (something with innervations) )-:

So please help me I have tried to elevate the process but with no success.

Hi all,

Got one option for the problem;

Want to start program x with elevated admin rights,

1. Start a program y with admin rights.
2. Start program x from program y with elevated rights.

This will work but is there a other much simpler solution?

And yes by company policy they give Joe the hacker all rights.
I have no control on this policy and the people above me don't want it to change.
In my opinion to it is a big big security hole.
