Display a jpeg image file in c.

How do I display a jpeg image using c..Please gude me as I m new to image processing..I would appreciate if someone could give me a working code with explanation

You can Google as well as I can.

Personally, I would look for a driver that's already written.

You don't say what OS burt Windows has DirectX.

If you just want to view and manipulate images, then the "freeware" irfanview for windows is one of the best image viewer/image processor programs available.
