STLFilt for gcc finally updated

It's been over two years, but... better late than never? The gcc-
specific version of my STL Error Message Decryptor that correctly
filters gcc "4" messages (I tested with MinGW 3.4.5, which I *think*
is the same, but with gcc version numbering I"m never quite sure...)
has now been released.

Same download page as usual: www.bdsoft.com/tools/stlfilt.html

If there's a God, some year soon compilers will all support Concepts
and there won't be any need for STLFilt. Until then, it's there and
it's free.
