comp.std.c++

There hasn't been a new post to comp.std.c++ in over a week, despite
active threads about the C++ standard on this newsgroup and
comp.lang.c++.moderated. Is the newsgroup down?

On the contrary. There is simple reason for the lack of posts:

C++ standard is now perfect.

... therefore comp.std.c++ is no longer necessary.

I have posted some messages to comp.std.c++ myself recently, and none of
the posts has appeared.

I have emailed the moderators to see if the mystery can be solved.
