'jmp_buf' does not name a type

Hai ,
I am workin on c++,linux platform . Am getting error ,
error: 'jmp_buf' does not name a type
for the code

  1. #include <setjmp.h>
  2. typedef jmp_buf AMP_ThreadContext;
  3.  
jmp_buf has been defined in the file setjmp.h inside the usr/include as
typedef long jmp_buf[_JBLEN] _JB_ATTRIBUTES;

Can someone help me out with this
