Performance Comparative: Pro*c vs. PL/sql

Someone knows where to obtain a comparative picture of Performance Between Pro*C Code and PL/SQL Code???

Pro*C and PL/SQL are intended for different audiences. Pro*C is specifically to connect Oracle to a C program.

PL/SQL is a language in its own right specifically intended to implement SQL on an Oracle database.

Most likely, PL/SQL is written in C so I suppose you could duplicate the universe by using C and Pro*C to implement your own version of PL/SQL.

My guess is that your C will be slower than PL/SQL.
