cin problems

I have a code like this

char password[20];
cout<<"Enter Password : ";
cin>>password;

Output is :
Enter Password :__

When i type password, it appears like this
(let my password is '786mc')

Enter Password : 786mc

i want that it appear like this:

Enter Password : *****

How can I achieve this problem?
Please help me.

This is an encryption technique.In a simple program like this I wouldnt think this would be possible,but yes if you want your program to be long and complex enough you can make it.You should have encryption basics.If you have then I can give some link to you for your help.
