gotoxy(); in Dev-C++

I can't get this to work, I saw a topic about this on the forum already, and there was a link to what seemed to be the compiler's FAQ page, but it wasn't working.

anyways...

If anyone can give me some help, I'd appreciate it, midterm project due tomorrow!
