Error Rxd :"SIGNAL-FATAL-UNIX_SIGSEGV" in C++ Program at Sun-Solaris Platform

Hi,

In running a C++ Program at Sun-Solaris Program, my program is getting crashed in the fprintf() function of library "r/lib/libc.so.1". The program crash is occurring when main() starts. Might be that main is using any library function in startup which is calling this fprintf() of that library.

However the same program is running on different solaris machine.

Please help me ASAP.

Regards,
Raj Kumar Arora

Hi rajarora,
I have moved your question to the C/C++ forum with the expectation that the experts there will be able to help you with your problem.
Have you compiled this program on both systems, or are you transferring the binary after it has been compiled?
It may help to include the relevant source code that is causing the error, as well as any debug traces you have created.
Good luck,
Motoma
