Main Memory Sharing

How we can share the executable area in Main memory?
How we can get certain amt of memory space from the Main memory (What IPC Function Needs to use)?
How we can give read/write permissions to other dll/exe/program? If examples in C/C++ coding it's really very helpful for me.

Thanks in Advance,
Naga
