program in C++

I need to write a program that return the average of 50 random integer each in range (12,20).

We were given this information and function in class:


0< less than and equal random(seed)<1(0,10)
0 less than equal int(10*random (seed))<g
0 less than equal(11*random(seed))<10

int(min+(max-min+1)*random(seed))

also we were given this:
const int modulus=15749
const int multiplier=69069
const int increment=1;
