In brief, break is used to come out of loop. More knowledge you can get by Google.

break; is also used to end cases in a switch() for example heres a basic switch structure:

switch(<switch name here declared before switch in a char>)
{
case '1' :
cout << "The dog crossed the road";
break;
default: cout << "That is not an option"
}

also

_exit(0); can be used as an exit
