Determinant of a matrix of mxn form in C-Language

I need the program in c-langauge to find the determinant of a matrix for
specified no.or rows and columns.

I need the program in c-langauge to find the determinant of a matrix for
specified no.or rows and columns.
I hope you made a typo in your topic title because determinants are only defined
for square matrixes. Simply transform your matrix to upper triangular form by
applying elementary row operations on the matrix. If you need to pivot rows,
multiply the determinant by -1. The determinant is the product of the main diagonal
of the upper triangular matrix. If you can't triangulize the matrix the determinant
equals zero.
