File Comparing

Hi,

I have to make a program which will compare two files data. In these files there are many columns. There are two columns from which i have to compare data.
First's name is parumname and second one is porumvalue. There are 1000 and many more entrys columnwise. The output should be like first parumname then parumnvalue of first file then parumnvalue of second file, if parumnname is not found in any file then it should be show "not found". The output should be in txt file.

Thanks
