Tank Games

I need to write a game with two players with a blue and green tank each at the bottom of the screen which needs to shoot at each other after and elevation or porjectile level is selected. Where do I start.

Start by thinking about the problem. Think about what classes you'll need. What data members will these classes need? Is there a universal class you should use for calculating projections? What interface will you use? After you think about all of these things (and maybe even write it down), then it should be simple to start programming.
