caesar cipher

Julius Caesar used this cipher with a cyclic shift of three to encrypt his message. In this case a is replaced by d, m by p and z by c. Hence ‘Julius Caesar’ will become ‘Mxolxv Fdhvdu’.

Write a function to read from a file character by character until the end of the file. Test with a file containing your name.
