go to a website which is called c++ reference
put it in google search and you will find it
it will show you a lot of functionality for fstream library
search for fsream or ofstream and you will find some of information that you want

Depends on the type of file, what you want to do with it, and what libraries you want to use (standard vs non-standard).

Yes, but it's not a good idea
how can i delete the last line of my text file?
Once again, depending on the file type, open the file, read it in, print it back out to the file, except for the last line.
