read image file and print out it in form of matrix

im new in this area using c++, and i want to write program read image and display it in form of array or matrix

Okay, have you researched them at all? Have you tried Googling for libraries?

We really can't help you too much until you make some design decisions about your code - such as which library you are going to use.
