Rational Numbers in c++

Hello,everyone I am kumar I have been struggling to write a code in c++ for rational numbers addition,multiplication,subtraction,division and the other task is to use a unary function to invert the non zero rational numbers,and to reduce the function to the simplest form (Example:10/5 is reduces to 1/2).I would be very thankful to you if anyone can help me in developing this code.Waiting for the reply.

Thank you for your response I am trying to design the program but i was unable to get the logic related to rational numbers calculations for (ex:2/5+4/7) and i have to reduce the fraction into its simplest form,and i have to use unary function that changes the sign and to use other function to invert nonzero rational numbers.I was very much struggling to write the code so please help me.Waiting for your reply.have a nice time, bye

C++ without fear by Brian Overland has a great example on how to normalize fractions including on how to find greatest common factor and lowest common multiple. It is one of the two books I am using to muck my way thru learning cpp. Check out example 11.3, it goes something like:

Spoonfeeding code removed - giving them the answer teaches them nothing, giving them an algorithm still makes them think about coding it (and hopefully how the algorithm was developed)
