Graphics in c/c++

I'm trying to figure up how are implemented the graphic function. For exemple what is the code for function lineto();
This is the antent for it(in borlandc 3.1)
short_far_lineto(short x,short y)

If you know where( a site or something like this) can i found the code for graphic functions it would be greate.
Also I would like to know how to see the content of a .lib file(i'm intrested to see the content of library from borlandc) .

thanks

I believe you have to have to decide on a graphics library first (such as the one from OpenGL.

You can find a library (the #include will give you the name of the library) on your PC and you can open that file in an editor.
