I acnt get your question fully.
If u want to store the command line argument inside the code then you should do like this

int main(int argc,char**argv)
{
   char *ip_arg=NULL:
   if(argc> 1)
   {
     ip_arg=(char*)malloc(strlen(argv[1] +1);
     strcpy(ip_arg,argv[1]);
   }
 
}

Have started studying any C book for learning C?
Since the printing part is very basic in C i am asking this.
You can print using printf in C
