There is good documentation out there on this (say cpluslpus.com, or even Google). What have you looked at?

Are you implementing your own linked list or using the STL? (Maybe look into the documentation of the STL?)

And FYI - I'm moving this from the Articles section to the Forum. Please double-check what section you are in before posting next time ;) thanks!
