Having been away for a while, C++2003 is a minor revision of C++98 or is
the final C++0x?

C++03 applies TR1 (some defect reports) to C++98.
The C++0x "since then" is still forthcoming.

That's a typo, of course. It should be TC1, not TR1. TC1 is the first
Technical Corrigendum. TR1 is the recent technical report that more
than doubled the size of the library, and has been added to C++0x.
