Image Reading

Hi. I M Working On A Project In Steganoraphy. Now I Have The That How To Read The Image Files And How To Hide The Text In The Image File.n Most Important Thing Thing I M Working In Visual C++ Language.
So Anybody Who Have The Kmowledge Of Vc++ Pls Pls Give Me Some Help.
