C++ Creating classes and references between them

. If employee B is the boss of A and C is the boss of B and D is the boss of C and E is the boss of D.
Then write a program using the Database such that if an employee name is Asked to Display it also display his bosses with his name.
For eg. If C is displayed it should also display D and E with C?

Yes, that would be correct. The word is bosses which means all of the the bosses. If it were one boss only, the problem would have said boss's name.

i want to get to know that do i need to create a database table for these in any database such as MS accesss or others or it can be get by files.

You were not given a database or told what type of db these would be stored in? (Or have you created a "database" before in class?)

I would start by creating a 'boss' class - one that could have say a "myBoss" link (to point to...another boss, that's convenient), and a "bossOf" link... (more bosses that you'll already have a class for... again, convenient). That way you'd just need to create a collection/container for them.
