can we handle a scanner by c++ and how?

i need to know if i can handle with a scanner to control it by c++ or not

Pardon me for sounding curt, but, what? Please explain your question in better terms so that experts may help you.

If something can be done in C it can be done in C++. Those scanner vendors
do their best to supply their scanners with compatible hardware (the connectors
fit, the voltage levels are compliant etc.) and most of the time (when needed)
they even deliver their own drivers that can be installed on your computer.

All you have to do is make your C or C++ program communicate with that driver.
Directly or indirectly because most (if not all) OSes have additional services for
that as well. I'd say: read the scanner's programmers manual.
