Is there any api or function that can extract urls or links from the data
Have you done any research on this? Such as Google searching "c (or c++) html parse library" ? That's where I'd start...

Actualy i have the html data and i want all the links in that data

Please take a minute and read my post above. Then read it again. I was not referring to the data. I was referring to a library that could be included in a program to help you parse it.

When you're done reading, try running the Google search. Try modifying the search to fit your program better.
