Which is the definition of IOC_W32?.
There is NO definition of IOC_W32. That's what the compiler is
complaining about. Possibly you have failed to include the proper
header file that defines it.

Pd. My app is of type LSP (Layered Service Provider)
I have no idea what "Layered Service Provider" is, it's not something
defined by the C language.
I would suggest you post this in a newsgroup for the specific compiler
and operating system that you are using, they might know something
about it.
