When compiler my app, this show next message:

C2065: 'IOC_W32' : undeclared identifier

Which is the definition of IOC_W32?.

There is NO definition of IOC_W32. That's what the compiler is
complaining about. Possibly you have failed to include the proper
header file that defines it.

I have no idea what "Layered Service Provider" is, it's not something
defined by the C language.

I would suggest you post this in a newsgroup for the specific compiler
and operating system that you are using, they might know something
about it.

Since you didn't declare this identifier, it also has no definition.
It's your code. It's your identifier. It's up to you to declare it or
define it.
