When to use COM / DCOM

How to Develop / Debug COM component

What is Component Service

How to deploy various packages to Component Service

You use COM within a single process and DCOM between multiple processes.

Try Essential COM by Don Box or Inside Distributed COM MSPress.

Buy this for component services.

Is "Try Essential COM" a text by Don Box

Essential COM is a book by Don Box. Don was known as Mr. COM at Micorsoft.
