Operation Research Project problem

Hi,

I have planned to develop an OR application in C++.
Any one who has idea of what all functionalities it can do?
Please share it with me so that I get the complete set of
requirement for the Application.

Any help on this is really Appreciated.

IMHO, it would be a bit too ambitious; there are many totally different problem
classes in the operations research field. You can't put them all in one single
application. Maybe you can start off with a revised simplex algorithm? That should
keep you off the streets for more than a year all by itself.
