Decrypt programing language

I came across a program to unlock a handset. Once I run the program it gives me the unlock code (in notepad format)but can seem to understand it is not in numbers its some type of encryption language. this is the so called subsidy unloce code &l

It looks like the code is binary and not text. You won't be able to use Notepad.

Probably by using the file as a binary file, you can read the unlock code.
