getting I/O error, attempt to read stack failed - bad frame pointer

Hi,
I am getting the following error while I am running my application.

EXITING AddToEventLog()
EXITING WriteNoDocProdEvent()
EXITING SubstituteSummitMessages()
EXITING dmgDocumentCreate ()
