Borland C++ Builder - Using Resource DLLs

2
Hello everybody.

I have an application in English language and I want to add it a new language, German, for example. I tried to use 'Using Resource DLLs' feature. Everything was OK until I tried to use 'Translation Manager' for editing the String Table because I don't have this option in the main menu, as is specified in Help. I don't know why!?
Please, knows anybody what exactly are the steps for create Multilanguage appls using the feature above or maybe another method to do this in Borland Builder?

Thanks very much.

I have never used the mult lang feature, but for example when I wanted to use OLE components in Builder I had to add the appropriate packages in the compiling options, for them to appear in the menu. Maybe this is something similar you need to investigate?
