hey people i am new to the programming aspects of computing and
someone told me that C++ is the best way to start does any anyone has
any advice of how to get started.

Get the "Accelerated C++" book and go through it. Then come back
and we can talk more. :-)

Be aware that C++ is a language that requires certain levels of
commitment.
