Protected member access problem

Hi,
I have a class in "testcommon.h"
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. class TestCommon
  2. {
  3.    class TestOption
  4.    {
  5.    };
  6.    typedef vector<TestOption*> TestOptionList;
  7.  
  8.    protected:
  9.       TestOptionList             OptionList;
  10.    };//TestOption is the inner class
  11. ...
  12. };
  13.  
and in a cpp file calles x.cpp
i want to access OptionList....
how???

I'd recommend writing accessor methods into your class that will do the required manipulations.

Agreed, if you are protecting it, that means you have determined that it shouldn't be accessed directly.
