How to convert a letter to a specified letter?

I'm using Turbo C++ and I'm trying to convert letters to specified letters using single-dimension arrays.

Lets say I enter the name MATT into the program and it'll cipher the name to HYKR. How can I achieve this?

Thanks.

A char is just an 8-bit integer. You can add, subtract, divide and multiply chars. Just get the correct value in the variable. If it's to be displayeable, consult your ASCII table for the range of alphanumerics.

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. char data = 'M''
  2.         data++;         //it's now an N
