capture system() output

hai,i'm new in c.i've tried to write code which represent a system() function.it's already give the output as required, but the problem is i want the output to be stored in one variable...please help me

I believe you would have to pipe the output to a temporary file, then read the data back into a stringstream. Anyone else have any other ideas?
