A self referential structure in C is a struct with a member of the same name as the struct:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. struct MyStruct
  2. {
  3.    MyStruct* my;    //self-referential member
  4. };
  5.
You run into these with linked lists where a Node has a pointer to the next Node.
