does anybody out there some website for the tutorials of c++. and how to code it. How to make a flowchart and how to solve problem.

You might find some under "articles" above, there is also a thread near the top of this forum called "Banfas Tutorials", which will gove you an intro, I think it has been continued in the articles section....

I don't know if this will help with flow charts, but I initially used this website to learn C and C++:

You may well be a bit beyond this, so the only other suggestions I have are the articles on this website and searching on google for a while for a decent tutorial site.
