Exit Status Meaning

180 100+
Hi guys,
Can anyone tell me some link where I can get the exit status meaning.

For example
What does exit( 30 ) mean? Here what does 30 means??
exit(99) and so on...

I want a description about the numeric values supplied to exit function...

Thanks in advance

According to the Standard all you can return is EXIT_SUCCESS or EXIT_FAILURE.
All other values are implementation defined values and are not portable across plaforms.
The two macros are defined in <stdlib.h>

kind regards,
