C++ error HELP!

P: 1
Right boys and girls ive got a huge problem .. whitch could make me fork out money on .. My computer has been acting up normally im good at computers and can sort out a problem through research on the net .. But this time i cant!
Symptions: Comptuer randomly restarts itself like if its overloading and need to restart.. ive looked to see if there is any obvious signs why this is happening and there isnt. Then after a while the left click on the mouse stoped working and the mouse if fully working as i have tested it i can only use the keybord and right clicking to get to things on my computer. Norton anti-virus says ' there is something effecting your status ' ive run virus scannes and it cannot find anything. Then a few days ago a run time error popped up saying a Microsoft c++ runtime error thing came up .. thn said it had to close light scribe < (what eva that is) i am really stuck and think my comps gna blow up anytime soon .. By the way the make of the comp is Compaq presario .. if thats any help and its windows XP! PLZ help i feel like such a retard cz i cnt fix it :D thnx xxxxxxxxx

First this isn't the right forum to post this in...

Second LightScribe is a CD/DVD Burning suite

Thirdly, if all else fails, backup your stuff and format your hard drive. If this doesn't fix it you have a hard ware issues. Reformatting will make sure its not a virus problem.

Compaq Presario raises a flag. I recall some issues with those and Windows.
