I'd suggest asking about this in a z/OS newsgroup.

news.groups.questions is a good place to ask about the appropriate
newsgroup for a given topic.

You probably want one of the ibm.software groups. Only a few are
carried by my news provider, but Google groups has 96 of them. Start
looking at:

http://groups.google.com/groups/dir?...87413&expand=1

Or just ask your question in the Google Groups search.

It is good enough, but this is the wrong place. Usenet is a
massive system, and google only provides a (flawed) interface to
it. Try downloading a newsreader such as Thunderbird (from
mozilla.com (or is it org)) and accessing a news-server if your ISP
does not have one. I use teranews, who will add a sig to this
message.
