i am new to c++ i need a help to start with this small exercise

Please abide by the Posting Guidelines which state that you need to 1) use a good thread title, 2) ask a specific question 3) post what you have tried and where you got stuck.

Do you know how to create classes? Have you googled "c++ matrix" and "identity matrix" so you know what all those things are that you're being asked to create? Where are you getting stuck from there?

PS - I have updated the title of this thread - please let me know if you don't think it adequately describes your issue.
