Concerting structred wordocument contents to Access database file

Hi

Do any one know how to convert the structred wordocument contents to Access database file using C++ script.

Do I have to use word document model for in MFC. if yes then how.

I have not ckecked it but will see how to read it. also would like know how to write them in access database just explian the simple commnands.and how to create the database column.
