Comparison of top-bottom and bottom-up analysis methods

Please read and follow our Posting Guidelines, specifically relating to creating descriptive thread titles (as "c++" encompasses an entire language, and it seems your question does not).

And, to clarify, are you referring to methods of breaking down problems and creating algorithms and pseudocode, or do these relate to specific methods of a C++ component (and which one)?
