real time plot in vc++ 2005

Hi friends,

I'm using vc++ 2005. I'd like to be able to plot my data in real time and show it on screen. Is there any library I can use? Can I use Matlab functions to do this job? If so, how? So, if anybody knows how to plot data in real time, please help me!!
